- Gratitude.
- What’s really important in life.
- AND that my take on Taking Care of Fitness hasn’t changed – the cumulative benefits of some exercise is always better than no exercise.
For me, the Covid-19 pandemic reinforced three things:

A dance exercise professional for thirty plus years, specializing in older adult fitness, wellness, I know that some is better than none really is true. All you need to do is cultivate your inner trainer, move more during the day by way of a fitness modality that speaks to you, something doable, something you can stick with, then change up periodically.
May I help in your vetting process of best apps, virtual classes, gyms with Covid-19 protocols in place, home products worth purchasing or an appropriate referral?
I am American Council on Exercise (ACE) Gold Certified, MELT Method® Certified Hand & Foot Instructor, American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) member and International Dance Exercise Association (IDEA) member. Certificate of Insurance (COI) and proof of vaccination status available upon request.
